Weekly Focus: Michael Deno - Music spaces

Michael Deno is a natural performer who has been heard on notable shows like The Voice Van Vlaanderen and as a member of Lost Frequencies. His captivating voice and stage presence make him a born performer.

Can you tell us a bit more about yourself, your work, and your passions?

- I am an artist and have been making a living from my performances for 10 years. For the past 2 years, I've been working on a new project called Michael Deno.

Are you familiar with the concept of "space sharing"?

- Yes, I'm familiar with the concept of space sharing through the owner of Cocom. I've been asked to perform at some of your events, which is how I became familiar with the concept and the term space sharing.

Can you tell us how important "space" is for you as an artist?

- It's not easy to find an equipped studio with the necessary equipment. It can also be useful for photo shoots since artists often need cool photos to share online and the photographer may not have a studio. That's where space sharing can be interesting for both practices.

How can space sharing be useful in your professional life?

- As a musician, professional studios are often expensive, and not every musician can afford them. That's why Cocom is very interesting because you don't have to make the expensive investment in all the equipment needed for recording.

What has been your experience using the app?

- The application looks very neat with a clear overview of different spaces and cool photos to quickly get an idea of what's possible.

Who would you recommend the app to?

- The concept of space-sharing is not just intriguing for my line of work, but also for anyone in need of a space. It could be for coworking, meeting rooms for a change of scenery, or organizing an exciting wine tasting at a unique location with friends. As a musician, I would highly recommend this app to my colleagues and anyone in my network.
